SAP production support Consultant
Atlanta, GA - ( Only USC & GC )
Long Term

Must-Have:
SAP Production Planning (PP) or Quality Management (QM)

Nice-to-Have: SAP PEO, SAP WM or EWM
experience.

Role Overview:

Provide on-site production support for a new
manufacturing facility in the Atlanta metro area. This role focuses on
troubleshooting and optimizing SAP manufacturing solutions to ensure smooth
operations on the shop floor.

Responsibilities:

Real-Time Support: Work with end users to troubleshoot and
resolve production issues on the shop floor in real time.

Issue Resolution: Triage production issues, collaborate with
the support team for timely resolution, and use firefighter access when
authorized to maintain operations.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance
manufacturing workflows and streamline user experiences.

Enhancement Testing: Support functional design and conduct UAT
for SAP manufacturing solution enhancements.

User Guidance: Act as a super user, providing
over-the-shoulder training, answering questions, and guiding users
unfamiliar with SAP or the clients manufacturing solution.

Onboarding Support: Provide feedback to leadership to improve
the onboarding process for new SAP users.

Required
Skills :

Proactive problem solver with strong troubleshooting skills.

Experienced in SAP manufacturing workflows with a focus on PP
or QM.

Comfortable training and supporting end users on-site.

Able to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in
a dynamic production environment.
