Job Title: Lead SDET
Location: Atlanta, GA or Frisco, TX (remote is fine) || Local to TX or GA
Hire Type: Contract

Mandatory skills: Automation, Cucumber, Java, API test Automation
Preferable additional skills to consider are Virtual or mock services, databases, and performance testing experience

Note:
1. Prior T-Mobile experience
2. If not, Please look for telecom domain experience
3. Please look for candidates from Tier2/3 cities only (GA and TX based candidates are highly preferred)

Job Description
Looking for 13+ years consultant
- Understands the systems end to end.
- Participates in product design discussions to offer input on the testability of functional elements, product designs, and planning or estimating.
- Engages in every step of the software development process like design, development and testing.
- Performs setup of test automation frameworks, test automation and helps in automated generation of test data.
- Creates test environments and acceptance tests.
- Builds and controls bug reports and interaction with the team.
- Manages the quality of the production release.
- Comprehends the flow of code on how it interacts with every different component.
- Maintains high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and standards guidelines.
- Identifies and encourages areas for growth and improvement within the team.
- Participates in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code.
- Develops, refines, and tunes integrations between applications.
- Understands API development and API management platforms.
- Uses container technologies like Docker Kubernetes for containerized deployments of backend services.
- Contributes to performance tuning of Web Mobile application services for maximum speed.
- Stays consistent with TMO standards and guidelines.
- Keeps abreast of latest and emerging technologies.
- Generates and manages test data using test data tools.
- Having telecom domain knowledge is an added advantage.
