Job Title : Salesforce Architect with health cloud exp Location: Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid) Experience: 15+ years in Salesforce Development and Architecture Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to join our team on a hybrid basis in Minnesota. As a Salesforce Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Health Cloud. The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience in Salesforce architecture and development, with deep expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and Visualforce. You will lead technical design, drive the architecture vision, and work closely with development teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and efficient Salesforce solutions. Key Responsibilities : Design, architect, and implement Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Health Cloud, ensuring alignment with business needs and Salesforce best practices. Lead the end-to-end solution design, ensuring it meets functional, non-functional, and technical requirements. Drive technical architecture and integration strategies for Salesforce, utilizing LWC, Apex, Visualforce, and other Salesforce tools and technologies. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Oversee and guide the development team in building and customizing Salesforce applications, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices. Lead the integration of Salesforce with third-party systems, ensuring seamless data flow and system compatibility. Perform code reviews and provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, ensuring adherence to architecture standards and best practices. Ensure data integrity, security, and governance within the Salesforce environment, implementing necessary safeguards and compliance measures. Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and industry best practices, and provide recommendations for continuous improvements. Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for Salesforce solutions, ensuring clarity and knowledge sharing. Lead and manage complex project deliverables, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery. Support deployment and release management processes for Salesforce solutions, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions. Qualifications : 15+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture, development, and integration. Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Health Cloud (minimum 3 years in each). Advanced expertise in Salesforce technologies including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools like Process Builder, Flows, and Workflow Rules. Proven ability to lead the design and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions in large-scale environments. Strong understanding of Salesforce integration tools, including APIs, middleware, and data management tools. Experience with data migration, integration, and security best practices within the Salesforce ecosystem. In-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture patterns, governance, and best practices. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience leading Salesforce development teams and mentoring junior developers. Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Platform Developer I & II, or Salesforce Certified Application Architect are highly desirable. Preferred Skills : Experience in designing solutions for other Salesforce Clouds, such as Marketing Cloud or Community Cloud. Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines. Knowledge of advanced integration strategies, including MuleSoft or other middleware platforms. Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
