Develop and maintain AIOps solutions within ServiceNow to enhance IT operations and automate incident response. Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features, best practices, and industry trends. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and architecture. Experience with AIOps, ITSM, and Event Management Pipeline within ServiceNow. Proficiency in integrating Big Panda with ServiceNow. Solid understanding of ITIL processes and best practices. Strong programming skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant languages. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
