Job Title/Role: SAP S/4 PP/QM Consultant Location Dalton, Georgia (Onsite) Duration : Long Term Job description : 10-15 Years of total industry experience and minimum of 10 + years of experience in SAP PP/ PM/QM, (SAP S4H). Experience of minimum 3 full cycle implementations, Rollout and Support experience. SAP S4HANA experience is mandatory and excellent interpersonal communication skills SAP Certification is an added advantage. Experience on S&OP, DM, MRP, ECM, Batch Management and SFC with Configuration and Customization as per Business requirements. Inventory Handling, Preventive Repairs, Proactive Maintenance, Deterioration Maintenance and Restoration. Strong skills in functional requirement gathering and perform fit-gap analysis, master data setup, functional specification skills, end user support documentation and training with manufacturing processes design for MTS/MTO/Rework etc. Experience on Integration with cross functional modules especially P2P, O2C, R2R, EWM etc. Excellent knowledge and experience in Quality planning, inspection and control including quality certificates, Interfaces like LIMS Knowledge. QM Processes for Goods receipt from Vendor, Production in-process, Post Production receipt, Returns from customer, stock transfer, calibration of equipment, Stability study & Audit Management. Candidates should have good understanding and experience in different phases of Software Development Life Cycle in relation to ERP implementation. At least 2 end-to-end implementation experience in SAP S/4 HANA Manufacturing module preferable delivered using SAP Activate methodology & Solution Manager Hands-on experience in conversion projects of SAP ECC to Suite on Hana (SoH) or SAP S/4 HANA having scenarios handled like landscape transformation, Merging, harmonizing global templates Sound knowledge in SAP S/4 HANA Simplification list, BSR reporting, pre-checks and post checks conversion activities during SAP ECC to Suite on Hana (SoH) or SAP S/4 HANA Sound knowledge in design, implementing, and deploying SAP S/4 HANA solutions to achieve defined business goals using standard and custom FIORI apps Sound in effective requirement gathering, best practices, gap analysis, solution design, BBP documentation, sign off and trainings Core team Hand-on experience in SAP S/4 HANA Manufacturing (PP & QM) configurations along-with cross functional integrations with SD, FICO, MM Sound knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA Manufacturing in Discrete, Repetitive and Process streams, Make to stock and Make to Order with Variant configuration knowledge, MRP functions, hands on configuration knowledge of PI Sheets, Shop floor controls, Interfacing knowledge using middleware with MES system, quality management expertise in Procurement, Production and Sales, QM notifications, defects, stability study, batch management & derivations, Quality certificates Knowledge on Agile, managing sprints and Waterfall methodology will add an advantage -- Thanks & Regards, Preethi Email : [email protected] Iconic Infosys -- To post to this group, send email to [email protected].
