Role: Scrum Master cum Database Developer Location: NYC, NY (Hybrid) Duration: 12+ Months Interview: Video & In-person Job Description: 10+ years of experience Experience: o 11+ years of combined experience in Scrum Master and Database Development roles. o Proven track record of leading Agile teams and delivering successful projects. o Strong experience with database technologies (SQL, ETL processes, data warehousing). Technical Skills: o Hands-on experience with SQL, data modeling, and database development. o Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and analytics platforms. o Knowledge of Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms. o Basic understanding of data visualization techniques and principles. Soft Skills: o Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. o Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. o Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. o Leadership skills to motivate and guide team members effectively. Certifications (Preferred): o Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM). o Relevant certifications in data analysis or database management.
