This role involves system design, development, implementation, and integration of warehouse management solutions, including involvement in Logistics Control Tower and Machine Automation initiatives. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless system performance and the effective delivery of system improvements and support. Role Description: The Systems Analyst will support Distribution & Logistics business functions, with a focus on Manhattan WMOS (2010 and 2018) systems. This role involves Level 2 support, system design, implementation, integration, and project initiatives related to Logistics Control Tower and Machine Automation. The analyst will collaborate with business analysts, architects, vendors, and internal development teams to deliver system solutions that align with business requirements and IT architecture standards. Minimum Requirements: 3-5 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or technical developer with Manhattan WMOS (2010 and 2018). 2-3 years of experience with Oracle PL/SQL, including stored procedures and trigger development. 2-3 years of experience with technologies and processing environments supporting the Pick, Pack, Ship (PPS) process, including Warehouse Management, Transportation Management, and Order Management systems. Experience with QAD Precision/Trax preferred. 2-3 years of experience with integration technologies and systems, such as XML, webMethods, or Oracle Fusion Middleware (OFM). Requirements: 1-2 years of experience with reporting tools, such as IBM Cognos. 1-2 years of experience supporting machine automation systems (e.g., conveyors, print and apply applicators, in-line weigh scales, case sealers). Responsibilities: System Design & Development: Design solutions meeting business requirements while adhering to IT standards. Develop detailed design documentation, including data models, process flows, and system interfaces. Coordinate development work with internal teams and vendors. System Implementation & Integration: Lead the implementation of new sites, processes, and system improvements. Ensure seamless integration with other applications and systems. Configure Manhattan WMOS (2010 and 2018) to align with business needs. Conduct system testing, debugging, and validation to ensure accurate functionality. Support & Maintenance: Provide Level 2 incident and production support. Develop and maintain system documentation, including user manuals and technical guides. Monitor system performance and conduct regular maintenance. Training & Development: Conduct training sessions for end-users and technical staff. Develop training materials and user guides.
