Hands-on experience in deploying Cisco enterprise solutions: o Routing/Switching (Catalyst and Nexus platforms). o Security (Cisco ASA, Firepower, ISE). o Collaboration solutions (CUCM, Webex, Voice Gateways). o Data Center solutions (ACI, UCS, HyperFlex). Strong troubleshooting and escalation support experience post-implementation. Ability to integrate Cisco technologies into client environments. Conduct system testing, performance tuning, and provide ongoing support. Post-sales support and knowledge transfer to end-user IT teams. Create and deliver detailed documentation (operational manuals, network handover).
