Lead IAM Engineer Charlotte Metro (Hybrid) LinkedIn profile About the job- Our client, a leader in their industry, has an excellent opportunity for a Lead Radiant Logic IAM Engineer to work on a 12-month contract position in Charlotte, NC with perm conversion available. This position requires a hybrid schedule with two days onsite weekly. Responsibilities: Work as a Technical Lead to Install, configure, and deploy Radiant Logic systems, including migrating code and data and automating system integration. Participate in system development, including design, modeling, security, integration, and formal testing of ICAM solutions. Implement Identity Access Management (IAM) solutions to support User Life-Cycle Management. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather project requirements and develop complex technical solutions. Provide secure access to applications, systems, and data using advanced authentication methods. Mentor and provide guidance to less experienced team members. Requirements: Previous experience as a Technical Lead on a Radiant Logic project with a minimum of 7 years experience in Directory Services, Radiant Logic Virtual Directory Service (VDS) and Federated Identity Management (FIM). 7+ years experience with Active Directory, LDAP, and Linux/Windows servers, as well as database and application servers. Familiarity with Virtual Machines, Containers, and F5 Load Balancing. Knowledge of coding languages such as Java and JavaScript. Experience in DevOps pipeline development.
