We have an urgent requirement for you and the details are as follows Job Title: UKG/ WFM (Dell Boomi) Consultant Location: Sunnyvale CA/ Pleasanton CA ( Day1 onsite) Duration: 6+ Months (Implementation/Prime Vendor Partner: TCS) Job Details: Need Strong profile as UKG/ WFM (Dell Boomi) Consultant with 8+yrs IT exp. Job Description: Experience with UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) implementation and enhancements will be given preference over just Workforce Central experience. 7+ years of experience implementing and configuring UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions), UKG Workforce Central and/or or ADP eTime versions 7.0 and higher. HCM integration knowledge is MUST Knowledge of Advanced Scheduler, Forecaster, Mobile, and Analytics. Experience implementing and configuring UKG/Kronos Accruals & Absence Management modules. Ability to configure UDM/WDM servers, Kronos clocks (4500 and InTouch / DX terminals). Knowledge of Activities and other UKG Pro WFM modules will be an added plus. Knowledge of developing and/or supporting interfaces using Boomi for UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions). Knowledge of full life cycle of a project including gathering detailed requirements, being able to develop a design and then building of the design to deliver the solution to the client and then provide support. This role requires complete domain expertise of UKG Pro WFM suite of products and hence the requirement for excellent consultative and communication skills to interact with business users and client management. Ability to work in complex technology environments requiring a multi-product solution, as well as product integration of legacy systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
