Looking for a Supply Chain Planning solution lead who will play a critical role in making sure the Oracle Advance Supply Chain Planning application and solutions are visualized, designed, developed, and implemented to meet the enterprise business need. The planning lead will be part of the solution and will be involved in every phase of the project life cycle and will be responsible for not only understanding the current solution and provide solution to resolve the challenges within current process/solution but also design a well-engineered, scalable, maintainable solution and delivered on the schedule ensuring the solution meets the standards of the global design. Develop process improvements around Supply Chain Planning processes, strategies and help the end customer to perform the supply chain business processes effectively and efficiently. Responsibilities Ensure appropriate use of Oracle Advanced Supply Chain planning application configuration and data Responsible for end-to-end business processes & solution lead for value chain planning and demand to supply and order scheduling process Responsible for creating and maintaining artifacts, such as business process, technical lead and designs Responsible for evaluating the change request proposed by the business, understand the importance of the change requests and provide appropriate solution options/business process changes keeping in mind the larger global footprint Lead the effort to defines client business requirements, design, build and configure applications in Oracle Value Chain Planning and Cloud Supply Chain Planning Applications and assists with system validation, go-live preparation, and support Should be able to Perform fit-gap analysis and Provide Solutions which are scalable and efficient to the end users and brings in business value Ability to work independently to configure, testing and validate Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Planning Modules Be an active member within companys Oracle technology communities Required Skills: Very Strong in Implementation and Supporting and designing Oracle Advanced supply chain planning, Global order promising (GOP) and Integrations Experience working with Cloud Supply Chain Planning Applications, Global Order Promising (GOP) and Integrations Able to help and guide the customer with the ability to evangelize and educate on process, to achieve the enterprise value chain planning along data modelling and managing the solutions Good communication, both written & verbal; that includes very good listening skills and an open attitude and acceptance to coaching and being coached Highly self-motivated and directed Ability to work in a distributed team including vendor resources Strong analytical and thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements Nice to Have Skills: Oracle Cloud certification is preferred Knowledge of enterprise architecture and design concepts Experience working with transformation with the Manufacturing Industry Qualifications Bachelors Degree 7 to 10 years of experiences in the IT profession A minimum of 8 years of experience in development, leading and implementing Oracle Value Chain Planning Modules (ASCP, Demantra ) A minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in leading and implementing Oracle Cloud planning, Cloud Manufacturing and Cloud Order Management Experience in oracle E-Business suite with demonstrates solution delivery in Supply Chain and Manufacturing modules Thanks, Barla Santosh Technical Recruiter E: [email protected] www.gacsol.com Experts in Digitalization and Engineering - Enterprise 4.0 Keywords: information technology golang Illinois Oracle ASCP Consultant - Chicago, IL (remote) [email protected] |
