Coordinate with SAP Basis, Functional, and Technical teams to ensure seamless integration during upgrades. Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and issue resolution. Ensure compliance with best practices, technical standards, and organizational policies during upgrades. Proven track record of managing SAP upgrade projects (e.g., ECC to S/4HANA upgrades).
