role.

SAP FI (Finance)

Location:
Houston, TX (only

Role Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze
business requirements and map them to SAP FI functionalities.

Configure
SAP FI modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP),
Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Bank Accounting.

Manage
full-cycle SAP FI implementations, including requirements gathering,
design, testing, and post-go-live support.

Develop
and maintain financial reports using SAP tools (e.g., FICO reports,
Financial Statement Version).

Perform
system integration between SAP FI and other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD) and
external systems.

Troubleshoot
and resolve issues related to SAP FI configurations and processes.

Conduct
end-user training and create detailed documentation for system processes.

Collaborate
with stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement and
optimization.

Stay
updated with the latest SAP FI functionalities, updates, and industry best
practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelors
degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.

5+
years of hands-on experience in SAP FI module configuration and support.

Strong
understanding of financial processes, including GL, AP, AR, and financial
reporting.

Knowledge
of integration points between SAP FI and other SAP modules (MM, SD, CO).

Experience
with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.

Proficiency
in creating functional specifications for custom development.

Excellent
problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong
communication skills with the ability to interact with technical and
non-technical stakeholders.

SAP
FI certification is preferred but not mandatory.
