So not only for this project but for future projects, he seemed more technical than functional and currently he would not be my first choice on any functional roleNOT ENOUGH JDWe have had a new resource request arise for a HCM Lead (Core HR).Looking for someone strong who can lead and be hands on with configuration/testing.
