(Hybrid) Duration: Long-Term Contract Key Responsibilities Develop, configure, and deploy ServiceNow ITOM modules, including Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management. Customize ITOM workflows and scripts to meet client-specific requirements and optimize system performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ITOM with ITSM and other ServiceNow modules. Enhance CMDB functionality and align configuration data with CSDM standards. Implement automation solutions to reduce manual tasks, improve data accuracy, and streamline IT operations. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring high availability and reliability of ITOM services. Create technical documentation, including process flows, configurations, and customizations, to support project delivery and knowledge sharing. Requirements Proven experience as a ServiceNow ITOM Developer, with hands-on expertise in modules like Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management. Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, including JavaScript, Glide API, and other platform tools. Strong understanding of CMDB structure, CIs, and data governance best practices. ServiceNow certifications (e.g., ITOM Implementation Specialist, Certified Application Developer) are highly desirable. Ability to work collaboratively in Agile environments, delivering solutions within tight timelines.
