Hi, Role: Senior Product Manager Transformation Program Location Remote, but preferably Deerfield Beach, FL Customer DXC Technology/ JM Family Duration Initially 6 months with probable extension (to 1 yr) Experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of a high-impact transformation program. This role is critical in driving change across the organization by streamlining processes, improving efficiency, and delivering scalable solutions that align with business goals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in product management, change leadership, and cross-functional collaboration within complex environments. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategy & Vision: Define and articulate the strategic vision for the transformation program. Align program goals with overall organizational objectives, ensuring stakeholder buy-in. Roadmap Ownership 2. Program Leadership: Manage the product roadmap and prioritize initiatives based on business impact, customer needs, and resource availability. Act as the central point of contact for program updates, challenges, and milestones. 3. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, operations, finance, marketing, and other teams to deliver seamless solutions. Foster strong communication across teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery. 4. Customer Focus: Advocate for the voice of the customer in all stages of the program. Conduct market research, gather feedback, and ensure products meet or exceed user expectations. 5. Execution Excellence: Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to launch and post-launch evaluation. Use data to measure the effectiveness of initiatives, identifying areas for improvement. 6. Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new processes and tools. Train and support teams in adapting to new methodologies and workflows. 7. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and regulations. Qualifications: Experience: 7+ years of product management experience, including leading large-scale programs or transformation initiatives. Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment. Skills: Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data tools to make informed decisions. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage competing priorities and make trade-offs effectively. Knowledge: Familiarity with change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci) is a plus.
