Roles & Responsibilities

5+ years of Salesforce Business Analysis Experience.

Must be Salesforce certified i.e. Salesforce Business Analyst and Heal Cloud Certification preferred.

Previous experience in Care Management domain.

Proficient with Agile Methodologies.

Good communication skills.

Facilitate Feature and story grooming, sizing and have good understanding of processes.
