The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting MuleSoft solutions, ensuring their efficiency and effectiveness. You will work closely with customers, partners, and internal teams to deliver high-quality MuleSoft solutions. Additionally, you will guide and mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and productivity. Key Responsibilities: MuleSoft Application Development: Design, develop, implement, and maintain MuleSoft solutions, ensuring they align with business requirements and user feedback. Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to MuleSoft customers and partners, helping to troubleshoot, optimize, and support their MuleSoft applications. Solution Design & Prototyping: Create prototypes for new solutions based on business requirements and user feedback to meet evolving needs. Project Communication: Regularly communicate project status, technical challenges, and progress updates to team members, including managers and stakeholders. Code Reviews & Improvement: Review existing code to identify areas for improvement and propose new solutions for optimization. Feature Development: Develop new features and functionality for MuleSoft applications based on specifications provided by clients or the company. End-to-End Testing: Perform end-to-end testing to ensure the integrity and functionality of the solutions. Mentorship & Team Guidance: Lead by example and guide team members in enhancing their technical capabilities, increasing productivity, and improving overall team performance. Skills and Qualifications: Experience: 8+ years of work experience in software development, with a focus on MuleSoft. Technical Expertise: Strong experience in designing, developing, and implementing MuleSoft solutions. Proficiency in working with MuleSoft Anypoint Studio, Mule ESB, and API management. Testing & Reviews: Experience in conducting code reviews and end-to-end testing for MuleSoft applications. Communication: Ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to review and optimize existing code or suggest new solutions. Leadership: Proven experience in guiding and mentoring junior developers and increasing team productivity. Good to Have: Java Knowledge: Experience with Java is a plus, as it complements the MuleSoft development environment.
