C2C Visa: USC Description: Develop, enhance, and maintain ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, forms, workflows, and other customizations in the SAP ECC and SAP BW systems. Actively participate in M&A projects, ensuring seamless integration of systems and applications post-acquisition or merger. Perform code testing, unit testing, and execute system, integration, and acceptance tests to ensure quality and functionality of solutions. Collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure proper technical architecture for SAP solutions. Identify performance bottlenecks and implement performance tuning to enhance system speed and efficiency. Support debugging and troubleshoot issues in existing SAP ABAP programs, identifying root causes and providing timely resolutions. Ensure the design, delivery, and deployment of solutions are in alignment with business requirements and system standards. Maintain documentation of custom developments, including technical specifications, code test documents, and deployment plans. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members as needed. Requirements: Proven experience as an SAP ABAP Developer with expertise in SAP ECC, SAP BW, and cFolders. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP ABAP programming, including reports, interfaces, forms, and workflows. Experience in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), specifically with integrating systems and data post-merger. Proficiency in debugging and troubleshooting complex SAP ABAP issues. Solid understanding of technical architecture in SAP environments and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal solutions. Familiarity with performance tuning techniques to optimize SAP system performance. Experience with code testing and unit testing, and the ability to execute system, integration, and acceptance tests.
