The role focuses on L1/L2 ticket resolution, assisting with enhancements, and ensuring the seamless execution of quality management processes like inspections, quality notifications, and defect handling. The consultant will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and maintain system stability while supporting end-users.Key Responsibilities Address and troubleshoot L1/L2 support issues within SAP QM processes, focusing on areas such as inspection lots, quality notifications, and quality certificates. Analyze and implement change requests to improve SAP QM functionality and configurations. Support end-users with troubleshooting, documentation, and training for quality processes. Collaborate with technical teams to provide functional specifications and ensure smooth integration with modules like MM, PP, and SD. Validate quality-related data and generate reports to meet compliance and operational requirements.Qualifications 25 years of experience supporting SAP QM in a production environment. Proficiency in SAP QM functionalities, such as results recording, defect management, and quality notifications. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Familiarity with SAP ECC or S/4HANA systems and integration points with MM and PP. SAP QM certification preferred but not mandatory.
