Requirements Gathering: 4 years of experience soliciting and documenting requirements. Stakeholder Collaboration: 4 years working with stakeholders to achieve goals. Facilitation/Leadership: 4 years of leading requirement-gathering sessions. User Stories & Technical Requirements: 4 years of experience creating. SDLC Understanding: Comprehensive understanding of all phases (4 years). Skills: Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management abilities. Advanced troubleshooting, analytical problem-solving, and critical thinking. High degree of independence, intuition, and initiative. Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Experience writing test scripts and performing/supporting user acceptance testing (UAT). Responsibilities: Analysis & Reporting: Create detailed business analyses to identify problems, opportunities, and solutions. Stakeholder Communication: Report findings to stakeholders and the Project Management Team. Requirement Documentation: Define, document, and prioritize technical/functional requirements. Collaboration: Act as a liaison between business and IT to ensure alignment and feasibility of solutions. Testing: Write and execute test scripts; support UAT processes. Model Development: Build models to support business decisions in collaboration with finance and IT teams. Desired Knowledge and Skills: Oral and written communication, interpersonal, and consultative abilities. Strong facilitation and analytical thinking. Attention to detail and high accuracy levels. Knowledge of business structures, stakeholder analysis, and requirement engineering. Familiarity with cost-benefit analysis, process modeling, and understanding of networks and databases.
