Its up to the Consultant to present a case, based on their own experience of how they can help deliver these project milestones. - FreeSwitch - Media (Audio, Video, IVR) - Preferred Integration experience using Java Highly focused and self-motivated professional successful in the design, development and deployment of large-scale multi-channel contact center applications Over 5 years of experience in design, development, installation, configuration, testing and support of IVR and Genesys applications Experience with Free Switch Worked extensively on Genesys projects for large customers Job Description Preferred - Genesys Certified Application Professional -Implemented GVP Solutions which includes installation, configuration, testing and support of the platform. Requirements gathering, writing functional specification documents and technical design specifications for IVR Applications. -Experience in working with difference Nuance dialog modules including OSDM,NDM - Experience in working with different application frameworks like Genesys Studio, Genesys Composer, SAP VXML Framework, PTP and NDF. -Experience in working Genesys mobile engagement and Genesys ORS. Design and developed application using SCXML - Genesys installation and configuration experience from versions 5.x through 8.x. - Expert level knowledge on Management Framework, Enterprise Routing, OCS, GVP and WDE. - Experience in building routing strategy to meet routing and reporting needs.
