Producer
for
one
of
our
key
VR
co-development
projects.
In this role, you will partner directly with our Project Lead and help manage the day-to-day operations throughout the lifecycle of the project and lead effective communication and collaboration within the project team and in stakeholder meetings. Under guidance from the Director of Production, this role will work closely
with team members from the Art, Design, Engineering
and
Quality
Assurance
departments
to
ensure
all
project
tasks
are
being
executed on track to meet deadlines and that all deliverables are of high quality.
You will also directly interact with a number of people
on the client side to coordinate and track deliverables
What
Youll
Be

Doing:

Work
with
external
partners
at
multiple
levels
to
ensure
our
teams
have
clear
direction, relevant information, and access to the necessary tools and resources

Build
and
maintain
project
plans,
schedules,
and
roadmaps
across
multiple
disciplines, ensuring milestones are successfully met

Coordinate
your
teams
efforts
on
a
daily
basis
to
ensure
everyone
has
what
they
need to do killer work

Provide
transparency
on
project
status
and
risks
to
stakeholders
to
ensure
they
are properly informed at all stages of development

Collaborate
with
leads
to
determine
best
practices,
development
pipelines
and
resource
allocation

Lead
by
example
to
help
set
and
maintain
a
positive
work
environment
for
your
team
so they feel motivated and inspired

Be
a
resource
for
internal
and
external
partners
and
help
them
solve
a
variety
of development problems wherever needed
