PeopleSoft HCM Implementation/Upgrade (8+ years): Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst working on PeopleSoft HCM implementation or upgrade projects. PeopleSoft HCM Payroll or Time & Labor (8+ years): In-depth experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 Payroll or Time & Labor modules. Requirements Gathering and Documentation (8+ years): Strong experience in identifying business requirements and creating formal functional documents for business stakeholders and SMEs. Facilitation and Functional Analysis (8+ years): Extensive experience in conducting formal work sessions and presenting functional analysis to business and technical teams. System Integration and Testing (8+ years): Hands-on experience with end-to-end system integration testing and external interface testing. Microsoft O365 Applications (4+ years): Experience with Microsoft O365 applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Visio. Preferred Skills and Qualifications: Public Sector Experience (4+ years): Experience working with public sector organizations (Federal, State, or Local Government). CAPPS Financials (2+ years): Experience working with the Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) CAPPS Financials system. PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 (2+ years): Experience specifically with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 Payroll or Time & Labor modules. PeopleSoft AWE (2+ years): Experience with PeopleSoft Approval Workflow Engine (AWE). SharePoint (2+ years): Experience with SharePoint for document management and collaboration. Jira (1+ year): Experience using Jira for issue tracking and project management. Scrum Framework (1+ year): Experience working within the Scrum framework for agile project management. Additional Requirements: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, particularly in a remote setting.
