Deep knowledge of compliance frameworks such as CMMC, NIST, and other relevant regulatory requirements for enterprise environments. Extensive experience in designing, implementing, and managing governance frameworks for Microsoft Teams and other M365 services. Strong experience with Microsoft Purview, AvePoint, and other governance or compliance-related tools for M365 environments. Proven ability to evaluate and recommend governance, compliance, and security tools for large-scale enterprise environments. Familiarity with data classification, retention policies, data loss prevention (DLP), and compliance monitoring in M365. Strong understanding of security and data protection best practices, including user management, data retention, and compliance standards. Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, managing multiple tasks and stakeholders effectively. <>Preferred Skills:</> Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals or Microsoft Certified: Teams Administrator Associate. Experience with other M365 compliance tools, such as Microsoft Defender for Office 365, and Security & Compliance Center. Experience in large-scale M365 implementations or migrations, particularly in compliance-heavy industries (e.g., government, healthcare, finance). Familiarity with Power for automation of M365 configurations and governance tasks. Knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
