Experience in managing & troubleshooting Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops platform Hands-on experience with Power and Office 365. Configuration of servers, operating systems administration, hardening, load balancers including but not limited to management of users, processes, resource contention, preventive. maintenance and management of updates & patches to ensure that the system is properly updated. Re-installation in the event of system crash/failures Periodic health check of the systems, troubleshooting problems, analyzing and implementing. rectification measures Implementation and maintenance of standard operating procedures for maintenance of the infrastructure Management of the usernames, roles and passwords of all the relevant subsystems, including, but not limited to servers, applications, devices, etc. Implementing security on the Internet and Intranet Knowledge of system security (e.g. intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery Install and upgrade computer components and software, manage virtual servers, and integrate. automation processes Lead desktop and helpdesk support efforts, making sure all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions. Install and configure software and hardware. Manage network servers and technology tools, Set up accounts and workstations. Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements. Troubleshoot issues and outages, Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls. Upgrade/ patching of systems with new releases and models time to time. Maintain code repository server and access configuration. Maintain cloud infrastructure, application, and database backup. Configure and Maintain Server scaling and High Availability & Disaster Recovery Web / Mobile Application release management activities on staging and production server Managing and deploying Azure solutions Troubleshooting and resolving Azure services-related issues Configuring Azure services to meet the needs of the organization.
