Role: Oracle EBS financials [email protected] Work Location: Charlotte, North Carolina (REMOTE) This position may require 20% travel Duration: 6-12+ Months Minimum Years of experience: 9-12 Years Job Description Seeking Oracle Apps EBS financials Lead Consultant. This positions primary responsibility will be requirement gathering and solution design, leading a team in EBS Finance area and guide them on various processes, deliverables and contribute to the reviews. Provide value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape. At least 7+ years of Relevant Information Technology experience Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education Preferred location is Charlotte, North Carolina. This position may require 20% travel Experience in EBS (Oracle EBS 11i & R12) financials modules- Accounts Payables, Account Receivables and General Ledger as functional consultant. Exposure to Oracle Projects will be big plus Strong Functional skills with good understanding of end to end business processes Understanding of various metric reporting Good stakeholder management skills (internal and external) Strong Functional skills with good understanding of end to end business processes Understanding of various metric reporting Good stakeholder management skills (internal and external) Excellent communication / presentation / verbal and written communication skills. Should be able to drive customer discussions independently and act as trusted advisor for advising industry best practices. Preferred Qualifications: Strong ability to develop / groom a team of Consultants / Developers for an engagement and work in an onsite-offshore team environment - sharing ideas and working collaboratively. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Strong Customer Orientation and building strategic perspective. Merger and acquisition experience Development experience into EBS technologies and Oracle PL/SQL Ability to understand the technical customizations and integration points to other systems in the business process cycle. Encourages learning and innovations.
