Build, configure, and implement solutions focusing on ITSM, ITOM, GRC, and integrations. Ensure alignment with industry standards such as ITAF. Work directly with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into technical solutions. Serve as a trusted advisor for clients, providing guidance on ServiceNow best practices and functionalities. Technical Leadership: Provide hands-on technical expertise for ServiceNow orchestration, integration, and configuration. Drive end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes. Hybrid Environment Expertise: Design and implement ServiceNow solutions in hybrid environments, including private clouds hosted in client data centers. Collaborate with client IT teams to ensure seamless integration and operation. Project and Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects within scope and budget. Contribute to proposal development and solution demonstrations during client engagements. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Must have experience with On premises Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect or similar role with hands-on implementation experience. Expertise in ITSM, ITOM, GRC, orchestration, and integrations. Experience working in Federal/Government sectors, particularly utilities and power domains. Strong knowledge of private cloud architectures and client-hosted environments. Familiarity with ITAF standards and best practices. Exceptional client-facing and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.
