The candidate must have 10+ years of experience in MES and should be able to provide technology consultation, work on Proof of Concepts (PoC), and support opportunity identification. The role will involve interacting with clients, business users, and other teams to solutionize for new manufacturing programs. This is a 100% remote role within the USA. A Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering is required. strong technical expertise in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), specifically in Delmia Apriso, who are capable of delivering MES architectural solutions. Key Responsibilities: Provide MES architectural solutions and consultations in the manufacturing industry. Work closely with clients to identify business challenges and offer technology consultation. Lead and support Proof of Concept (PoC) developments. Collaborate with PLM and ERP teams to help solutionize new manufacturing programs. Assist in defining the scope and sizing of work. Evangelize the Clients brand and contribute to opportunity identification and pursuit processes. Support digital adoption and change management for clients. Key Skills and Qualifications: Must-Have Skills : Strong expertise in Delmia Apriso MES. Ability to provide MES architectural solutions. Excellent communication and analytical skills. Nice-to-Have Skills : Experience with ERP integration. Knowledge of MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul). Experience : 10+ years in MES. Education : Bachelor or Masters degree in Engineering.
