The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and developing scalable, high-performance applications using Java technologies. Experience with modern database systems like MongoDB and building robust RESTful APIs is essential.Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain high-quality Java-based applications. Design and implement RESTful APIs to support front-end and back-end integration. Work extensively with MongoDB for data modeling, schema design, and optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, project managers, and stakeholders. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code adhering to industry standards. Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure application reliability and performance. Optimize application performance and scalability. Ensure security and data protection across all developed solutions.Required Skills: Advanced Java Programming: Strong understanding of core Java concepts, including object-oriented programming (OOP), multithreading, collections, and exception handling. Proficiency in Java frameworks such as Spring Boot, Hibernate, and JPA. REST API Development: Expertise in designing, developing, and consuming RESTful APIs. Knowledge of API security standards and authentication mechanisms (OAuth, JWT, etc.). MongoDB Expertise: Hands-on experience with MongoDB database operations, including CRUD, aggregation framework, and indexing. Knowledge of schema design for NoSQL databases. Additional Skills: Proficiency in tools like Maven/Gradle for build and dependency management. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git). Exposure to containerization tools like Docker is a plus. Understanding of microservices architecture and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is preferred.Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in Java development.
