Exceptional (Preferred) Candidate Characteristics: Experience with Esri ArcGIS (JavaScript API, ArcPy) and Oracle Spatial for GIS-related tasks. Knowledge of Vue.js, Vuetify, and monitoring tools like AppDynamics for performance and UI enhancement. Familiarity with Agile methodology and Azure DevOps for project management.
