The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining AEM-based web solutions. This role demands expertise in AEM, Java, and front-end technologies to deliver seamless and high-performance web experiences.Key Responsibilities: Design and develop AEM components, templates, and workflows. Implement and maintain AEM solutions, including content authoring, website management, and backend integration. Customize and extend AEM core functionalities based on project requirements. Integrate AEM with third-party tools and APIs, ensuring scalability and performance. Collaborate with UX/UI designers and front-end developers to deliver an optimal user experience. Debug, troubleshoot, and enhance existing AEM implementations. Ensure code quality and adherence to development best practices. Stay updated with AEM platform updates and provide recommendations for improvements.Required Skills: AEM Expertise: Experience with Adobe Experience Manager 6.x (preferably 6.5 or later). Strong knowledge of AEM building blocks (components, templates, dialogs, client libraries, etc.). Proficiency in Sling, JCR, OSGi, and workflows. Backend Development: Strong Java programming skills, including servlets and OSGi services. Experience with RESTful APIs and backend integration. Front-End Development: Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular. Familiarity with client libraries and front-end debugging tools. Tools & Platforms: Experience with Maven for build automation. Familiarity with version control systems like Git. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Additional Skills: Understanding of SEO principles and web performance optimization. Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is a plus.
