Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Anaplan Solution Architect / Senior Developer with experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to join our team. This role will lead the design, development, and optimization of Anaplan models to support FP&A functions. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise in Anaplan with a deep understanding of financial processes and strong stakeholder management skills. Design and build scalable and efficient Anaplan models to meet FP&A business requirements. Develop modules, dashboards, and reporting tools that drive actionable insights and support strategic decision-making. Implement best practices for Anaplan model architecture, including ALM (Application Lifecycle Management). Partner with FP&A teams to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and translate them into Anaplan solutions. Monitor and maintain model performance, performing regular updates and enhancements as required. Qualifications: 5+ years of Anaplan model building experience, including at least 2 years in a senior or architect role. Demonstrated experience supporting FP&A functions, such as budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and scenario planning. Anaplan certification (Solution Architect level preferred). Strong understanding of Anaplan modelling principles, including DISCO methodology. Proficiency in integrating Anaplan with other systems via APIs or ETL tools.
