The candidate will play a critical role in managing and optimizing data quality, governance, and integration processes to ensure the accurate and efficient use of master data across the organization.Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define MDM solutions for HCO, HCP, and Patient Product data. Develop and maintain data models, workflows, and governance frameworks to support master data management initiatives. Perform data profiling, cleansing, and validation to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Work with cross-functional teams to integrate MDM solutions with existing systems and applications. Monitor and maintain the quality of master data, identifying and resolving discrepancies. Support the implementation of MDM tools and technologies, ensuring alignment with business needs. Provide subject matter expertise in HCO, HCP, and Patient Product domains. Generate reports and insights to support decision-making and compliance requirements.Required Skills: MDM Expertise: Strong understanding of Master Data Management principles, processes, and tools. Experience with MDM platforms such as Informatica MDM, Reltio, or similar. Healthcare Domain Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Healthcare Organizations (HCO), Healthcare Providers (HCP), and Patient Product Management. Familiarity with healthcare data standards and regulations (e.g., HIPAA, HL7, FHIR). Data Management Skills: Proficiency in data modeling, data profiling, and cleansing techniques. Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights. Experience in creating dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams.
