This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about data and reporting and possess foundational skills in BI tools and data engineering. As a Junior BI/Data Engineer, you will focus on building and maintaining robust reports, dashboards, and data pipelines to support business decision-making. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights. Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and transform them into visualized solutions. Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL queries and scripts for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and performance of data solutions. Manage and integrate data pipelines in Azure, ensuring scalability and security. Troubleshoot and resolve data and reporting issues. Must-Have Proficiency in Power BI for dashboard and report creation. Hands-on experience with Azure (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL Database, or similar services). Strong knowledge of SQL for data querying, manipulation, and reporting. Preferred Skills Experience with other BI tools or platforms. Basic knowledge of data warehousing concepts and best practices. Familiarity with Python or other scripting languages for data processing. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of experience in BI reporting, data analysis, or data engineering roles. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
