Participates in the development, implementation, control, and distribution of quality assurance practices, standards, methodologies and metrics to ensure that all information system products and services meet company standards and end-user requirements. Analyzes input and output of test data. Identifies discrepancies between requirements and expected results. Documents exceptions and makes recommendations for improvement. Evaluates, develops, and maintains quality assurance testing standards. Recognizes and identifies areas where policies and procedures need to be changed or developed and makes updates. Collaborates across IT teams to develop and execute manual End-to-End test cases and exploratory tests, following test case standards. Trains and mentors less experienced staff and resolves elevated issues. Researches and recommends new technologies and trends. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
