Title: Salesforce Scrum Master Hybrid-3 days per week on-site. 6+ months Location : Texas MOI: Skype Heres the Must Have details: Certified SAFe Scrum Master Certification is required and Salesforce Admin certification 5+ years of experience of managing agile projects scrum teams and project management 3+ years of handling Salesforce implementation projects (Health Cloud implementation experience is the key here) Very good communication skill and ability to work with Product, Architect teams to facilitate and get impediments resolved for the scrum teams Ability to drive 2 scrum teams (8-10 team members) in parallel, lead teams for successful PI and program delivery Ability to manage, report and escalate on risk/ issues, project health, release/ rollout planning, team capacity planning and finance for the team/ project as needed Command over project management tools like Rally, Miro, MS Teams etc. Keywords: microsoft Salesforce Scrum Master akash.s@tekinspirations.com |
