The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring seamless implementation, support, and optimization of the WMS. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze warehouse and supply chain management requirements. Configure and customize Manhattan Active WMS to meet operational needs. Provide technical support for WMS integration with ERP, TMS, and other systems. Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and optimization for improved efficiency. Develop functional and technical documentation, including process flows and user manuals. Train end-users on Manhattan Active WMS functionalities and best practices. Monitor system performance and address issues to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in implementing or supporting Warehouse Management Systems, preferably Manhattan Active WMS. Strong understanding of warehouse processes, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping. Proficiency in system configuration, troubleshooting, and technical integrations. Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and process improvement. Preferred Skills: Experience in supply chain optimization projects. Knowledge of APIs, SQL, or other scripting tools for system customization. Familiarity with cloud-based WMS solutions.
