Job Description: We are seeking a talented and experienced ServiceNow TSOM Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing solutions using ServiceNows Telecom Service Operations Management (TSOM) module. The role involves customizing the platform, integrating with other systems, and providing technical support to enhance ServiceNow's service management capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow TSOM solutions to meet business requirements. Develop and maintain workflows, scripts, and automation in ServiceNow. Integrate ServiceNow TSOM with third-party tools and systems. Work closely with business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues related to TSOM modules. Provide technical documentation and training to users as needed. Requirements: Proven experience with ServiceNow TSOM module. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow development, including scripting, workflows, and integrations. Familiarity with ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB, and Discovery is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
