Strong knowledge of software development processes and procedures to understand team needs including fundamentals of iterative and incremental development. Qualification: Effective Communication Skills: Written, Verbal, Presentation. Experience with agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, etc. SAFe LPM certification a plus Portfolio Accountabilities: Contribute towards the identification and definition of development value streams across the portfolio and alignment to CIO areas technology roadmap. Portfolio Kanban partners closely with the Director Portfolio Lead to contribute to ensuring the phase gate deliverables are complete and establishing the investment prioritization process is transparent and collaborative. Provide support to establish portfolio flow to visualize and limit Work in Process WIP, reduce batch sizes of work, and control the length of longer-term development queues. Assist with establishing and maintaining an overall CIO portfolio view. Provide support to prepare for portfolio health reviews, scorecards, and MOR meetings. Assist with the reporting of key portfolio metrics e.g., employee engagement, customer satisfaction, productivity, agility, time to market, quality, and partner health. Contribute toward creating a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, adopting OwnIT, Agile and DevOps mindsets, leveraging Harvest, enabling high performance. Assists with coordinating a continuous approach to ensure compliance with audit and regulatory requirements and non-discretionary initiatives. Assists with Rally support and data management.
