Program Manger that runs large complex multi-year initiatives with high-stakes outcomes for the business Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Manager to lead a large-scale Treasury Migration Project for our organization. This role will be based in either Denver, CO, or Austin, TX, and offers a unique opportunity to drive strategic initiatives, oversee critical technology upgrades, and build a pipeline of impactful projects. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with expertise in program and project management, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record in delivering complex, enterprise-level initiatives. Responsibilities: Program Leadership Strategic Initiatives Technology Upgrades Team Leadership Stakeholder Management Experience: 10+ years of experience in program and project management, with a focus on large-scale, enterprise-level initiatives. Demonstrated expertise in Treasury operations and/or financial systems migration projects. Proven track record in technology upgrades and strategic initiative delivery. Leadership Skills Exceptional ability to lead diverse teams, manage complex dependencies, and drive results in a matrixed environment.
