Oracle Fusion Access Management Experience 2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of security measures into our systems. 3. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our security protocols, making necessary adjustments to maintain optimal protection. 4. Stay abreast of emerging threats and technologies in the field of data security, proactively advising on potential risks and solutions. 5. Understand the impact of system changes and patches on user access, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum security. 6. Lead and mentor a team of data security professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. 7. Liaise with external vendors and service providers to ensure the security of our systems and data. 8. Oversee corporate systems and Oracle environments, ensuring they meet our data security standards and regulatory requirements. 9. Develop and maintain data security policies and procedures, ensuring they align with industry best practices and regulatory standards. 10. Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments, identifying areas of vulnerability and implementing corrective actions. 11. Manage data security incidents and breaches, coordinating response efforts and implementing post-incident reviews. 12. Provide expert guidance on data security matters to senior management and other stakeholders. 13. Stay updated on legal and regulatory developments in data security, ensuring our organization remains compliant. 14. Manage data security budgets, allocating resources effectively to maximize security outcomes. 15. Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, promoting a culture of data security awareness and responsibility. 16. Participate in industry forums and events, representing our organization and contributing to the broader data security community. 17. Develop and deliver training programs to enhance data security awareness and capabilities among our employees. 18. Conduct regular reviews of data security tools and technologies, recommending improvements and upgrades as necessary. 19. Ensure our organization's data security practices align with our overall business strategy and objectives. 20. Lead data security projects, managing resources, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. A Master's degree would be an asset. 2. Proven experience (7+ years) in data security access management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. 3. Strong understanding of data security principles, system changes, and their impact on user access. 4. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 6. Certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or CRISC are highly desirable. 7. Experience with corporate systems and Oracle environments. 8. Strong understanding of data security policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. 9. Proven ability to manage data security incidents and breaches. 10. Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to provide expert guidance to senior management and other stakeholders.
