Job Description Role: Product Analyst Location: Remote Experience : 10+ years Responsibilities: Support one of several Agile Scrum development teams focused on eCommerce software development on Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), on our Continuous Delivery track Assist in discovery and collecting information from business stakeholders, product management, UX, and cross-functional teams to shape requirements Write user stories and their acceptance criteria for developer implementation Analyze feature usage and adoption using analytics Organize and write feature documentation and user guides Ensure team develops features in compliance with accessibility, security and legal Participate in daily scrum meetings and influence sprint goals and commitments In collaboration with the Product Management team, conduct backlog prioritization Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Provide ideas for feature enhancement and optimization based on stakeholder feedback and observations made in working closely with the sites Stay up-to-date with capabilities of the SFCC platform and ecommerce trends Work with Agile Coach to continuously refine skills and resolve Agile team-related issues Actively participate in various skills development and training sessions, in particular those centered around Agile ceremonies and best practices Key Interfaces: Product Owner / Product Manager, User Experience, Development, and QA teams Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Web Design, or other STEM field highly preferred. 1-2 years of experience working in an Agile Scrum development team Experience working for an ecommerce retailer or software oriented company Apply Soon!!
