They just lost their desktop manager, and theyre working on their windows 11 image. Here are some of the main skills: 2+ years of experience in an enterprise environment with System Center Configuration manager (SCCM) and/or Intune. 4+ years supporting desktop/server systems in an enterprise environment. JD: Application delivery automation, Patch management, Endpoint imaging, Package creation, management, and deployment, Configuration baselines Experience with performing technical analysis and resolution of application and hardware issues related to the Microsoft desktop/server environments. Strong experience with recent Windows workstation operating systems. Intermediate experience with recent Windows server operating systems. Strong experience with recent Microsoft Office Products Basic experience creating successful testing environments. Experience with Information Security best practices and baselines. Experience with basic change management procedures. Experience with Ivanti products is a plus.
