System Design & Development: Design system solutions that align with business requirements and IT architecture standards. Develop detailed design documents, including data models, process flows, and system interfaces. Collaborate with business analysts and architects to create technical designs and coordinate development work with internal and external teams. 2. System Implementation & Integration: Oversee the implementation of new sites, processes, and enhancements to existing systems. Ensure seamless integration with other applications and systems. Configure Manhattan WMS 2010 and 2018 systems based on business needs. Perform system testing, debugging, and validation to ensure accurate functionality. 3. Support & Maintenance: Provide Level 2 incident resolution, break/fix, and production support. Continuously monitor system performance and conduct maintenance activities. Maintain and update system documentation, user manuals, and technical guides. 4. Training & Development: Conduct training sessions for end-users and technical staff on new systems and improvements. Develop and provide training materials and user guides to facilitate knowledge transfer. Key Skills & Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or Technical Developer with Manhattan WMOS (2010 and 2018) NOT WMS ACTIVE. 2-3 years of experience with Oracle PL/SQL, including stored procedures and trigger development. 2-3 years of experience with technologies supporting the Pick, Pack, Ship (PPS) process, including Warehouse Management, Transportation Management, and Order Management systems. Experience with QAD Precision/Trax is a plus. 2-3 years of experience with integration technologies and systems such as XML, webMethods, or Oracle Fusion Middleware (OFM). 1-2 years of experience with reporting tools like IBM Cognos. 1-2 years of experience working with machine automation systems (e.g., conveyors, print-and-apply applicators, inline weigh scales, case sealers).
