Please Send Me Resume -- [email protected] Title : Network Architect Job Type: 1 Year Location: New York, NY Work Mode: onsite Interview Mode: 1-2 rounds, 2nd round onsite Assignment Details: Perform IP network device upgrades, review existing design and implement required changes Assemble, configure, install, and dispose of Cisco routers and switches following existing configuration standards and procedures. Perform troubleshooting when necessary to remediate issues in a timely manner. Utilize a work management system for task coordination, scheduling, and obtaining installation approvals. Schedule outages with business owners as required. Manage tasks and provide periodic status updates and progress reports as necessary. Experience Required: Network Design and Management: Expertise in network design, management, detailed documentation, testing, problem analysis, and formulating scope and objectives for system changes. Technical Knowledge and Hands-On Experience: Cisco ASR/ISR routers (EIGRP, HSRP, OSPF, etc.) and Cisco Catalyst switches. Cisco Layer 2 protocols and configurations. Network security best practices. Determining network requirements, developing designs, selecting equipment, and creating Bills of Materials. Datacenter experience.
