Running Natural processes in batch via JCL and/or SCL, and online. Working in web and client server environments. Analyzing user requirements and designs, testing, implementing, and performing Quality Assurance (QA) of information systems. Providing subject matter expertise on system architectures. Developing recommendations for system and process enhancements. Creating and updating documentation for procedures, policies, and processes. Training end users on software. What you bring to the table: 10+ years of experience in programming, with a focus on Natural and ADABAS. Experience with MVS/JCL COBOL/CICS, VSAM files, LINUX ESPSOFT/SCL, INFORMIX relational database, and UNIX. 4+ years of experience with automated eligibility determination systems. 3+ years of experience providing system architecture expertise. 2+ years of experience with SNAP and TANF eligibility and economic assistance policies and procedures, and current state and federal mandates. Experience interpreting, designing and implementing federal and state mandates in Linux systems. Preferred Skills: Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Strong time management, presentation, and facilitation skills. Experience with SCRUM/Iteration methodologies and Jira Software. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. Experience converting outdated technologies to new cutting-edge technologies.
