Skilled at identifying, analyzing, and resolving complex application problems. Proficient at complex coding in Oracle PL/SQL or Microsoft T-SQL to extract, filter, and aggregate data elements. Strong skills in creating stored procedures, functions, and queries to ensure efficient data manipulation. Demonstrate expertise at creating document code functionality clearly and concisely. Strong working experience in Blazor.NET, VB.NET, Power-BI reporting, SQL package, and Web Service in SOAP. Experience Required This classification must have a minimum of seven (7) years of experience in electronic data processing systems study, design, and programming. At least four (4) years of that experience must have been in a lead capacity. Experience Preferred 2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH APPLICATION SYSTEMS SIMILAR TO THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA. - 3 years of experience with Case Management, Invoice and Billing Systems. - 2-3 years of experience in with cloud computing platforms such as Azure and AWS. - 2 years of experience applying agile Development principles and DevOps practices. Education Required This classification requires the possession of a bachelors degree in an IT-related or Engineering field. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
