The ideal candidate must have expertise in SQL, technical coding, and legacy systems, including FoxPro, along with a strong ability to work as a bridge between business and technology teams. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document detailed functional and technical requirements. Analyze and evaluate existing systems to identify gaps and propose improvements. Design, develop, and maintain systems using SQL, FoxPro, and other required technologies. Write, debug, and optimize code to support business operations. Enhance and maintain legacy systems to meet evolving business needs. Provide functional and technical expertise for system implementations and upgrades. Liaise between business teams and IT teams to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business objectives. Develop system workflows and integration solutions for efficient business processes. Conduct thorough system testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT). Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues promptly. Prepare and maintain detailed system documentation. Mandatory Skills SQL: Advanced skills in writing and optimizing complex SQL queries and database operations. FoxPro: Proficiency in developing and maintaining applications using FoxPro. Technical Coding: Expertise in writing, debugging, and optimizing code for application development. Techno-Functional Experience: Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 10+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Techno-Functional Consultant. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
