UID: 9a3c9b42a2294ee5853bb802b031b68c From: Akash Sharma, tekinspirations.llc akash.s@tekinspirations.com Reply to: akash.s@tekinspirations.com Title: Peoplesoft HCM Business Systems Analyst (General Ledger/Commitment Accounting) Remote Contract Length: 1-year project minimum Location: Remote (PST time zone candidates only) Experience: PeopleSoft HCM General Ledger/Commitment Accounting EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS: Must be familiar with PeopleSoft's Commitment Accounting Prefer: techno-functional experience with PeopleSoft Requires a good understanding of PeopleSoft's payroll processes Requires a good understanding of the integration between Payroll/GL and Payroll/Project Costing modules Good working knowledge of SQL Developer; Can read SQL well Can write basic SQL if needed Familiar with PS App Designer Can open / read code for basic trouble shooting and understanding Familiar with Data Move Scripts Understands concepts to maintain a configuration gold environment and deploy using a repeatable, automated process (DMS vs manual configuration) Commitment to Accounting in University/Higher-Ed environment will be a plus Project Information - Financials System Retrofit. This project supports the following initiatives: Several locations transitioning to new Financials systems (Oracle Cloud Financials) Locations revising their local Chart of Accounts (COA) to meet new Common COA (CCOA) guidelines This is a large effort that not only requires code and configuration changes to the organization, but also modifications to reporting and systems that send or consume Financial Accounting Unit (FAU) segments and department data, coordination with vendors and various systems, new connectivity setup, full end-to-end regression testing, etc. Keywords: Peoplesoft HCM Business Systems Analyst akash.s@tekinspirations.com |
